Customer Portal Features

Control which features your customers can use in their portal:

• Self managed contracts — allow customers to manage the contract life of devices in their portal.
• Device Management — let end-users build a custom workplace tree and access an inventory of all their connected devices.
• Customer self sign-up / connect — allow customers to sign up or connect without an invite. When off, customers must be invited by the OEM.
• New feature announcements — show your customers announcements about new customer-portal features. Turn this off for a fully white-labeled portal (no Xyte feature announcements shown to your end customers).
