Can end customer names be edited?

Once an end customer has been created, only they (and everyone with administrative access to their account) can change the name via General Settings.

Can devices be moved between end-customers?

A device can never be moved as it will contain historical data that belongs to the original customer. To move a device, it first must be deleted (via the Partner portal or the End Customer).

Device deletion will cause the device to re-register and become available for claiming/assignment to a new End Customer portal.
