The Partner Portal serves as an exclusive platform designed for hardware manufacturers, enabling their product and development teams to effortlessly customize white-labeled solutions for customers and resellers.
This includes configurations based on their specific Device Models and Digital Products.

The portal not only facilitates seamless configuration but also provides manufacturers with valuable insights into device metrics.
Furthermore, it serves as a central hub for manufacturers to support and establish connections with their customers, fostering efficient collaboration and customer engagement.

Upon logging in, you will access your partner's dashboard, providing an overview of critical metrics.
The primary dashboard highlights the number of connected organizations, users, and claimed devices across your account.

Additionally, it visualizes trends over time — showing how your organization count and claimed devices grow — and lets you filter by time range and toggle whether lab and sandbox accounts are included.

The portal structure contains multiple "Hubs" of operation, the availability of each is dependant on the pricing plan the tenant has subscribed to:

• Home - The main entry point, presenting your partner dashboard and key metrics at a glance.
• Product - Managing your device models, files, and development tools.
• Commerce - Manage the store, product catalog and listings, orders, subscriptions, and reports.
• Support - Manage remote support, tickets, and incidents for devices and End Customers.
• Marketing - White labeling of the portal, customer-facing pages, emails, and other communication with End Customers.
• Data - Insights and analytics across your organizations, users, and devices.
