Upon logging in, you will access your partner's dashboard, providing an overview of critical metrics.
The primary dashboard furnishes details on the total number of connected devices, offering a breakdown by device model.
Additionally, it highlights the count of devices claimed by individual customers and provides insights into the number of devices that have experienced offline incidents in the last 30 days.
The portal structure contains multiple "Hubs" of operation, the availability of each is dependant on the pricing plan the tenant has subscribed to:
- Home - The main entry point and control of the End Customers and Co-Partners.
- Product - Managing the connected devices instances and configuration.
- Commerce - Manage the store, orders, subscriptions, payments, etc.
- Operations - Management of store operations, such as shipping.
- Finance - Managing invoicing and finance related dashboards.
- Support - Manage remote support for devices and end-customers.
- Marketing - White labeling of the portal, emails and other parts of communication with End Customers.
