Users

See a complete list of all users who have access to configure your partners portal. In this page you can add new users, and assign them to specific groups. In addition, you can view each user’s name, email address, assigned groups, login count, and last login date, as well as the IP address used to sign in.

Groups

Allows the admin to create groups to manage the roles and the teams of the partners portal.
Administrators group is created by default.
Administrators - By default, all users are created as administrators. An Admin can always remove users from the administrators group.

For each group, the admin can assign different users, and define the specific permissions for this group, as can be seen below.

Restricted - Users with Restricted permission will have no view at all.

View Only- Users with View Only permission will have the ability to only see the relevant sections, with no ability to edit anything.

Edit - Full access to the relevant sections.

The permissions sections are:

• Customers - This permission set allow the users to :
  • View/edit the Customers section
  • View the Dashboard.
• Finance- This permission set allow the users to :
  • View/edit the Customers section
  • View the Dashboard
  • View/edit the Store management section
• Fulfillment - This permission set will allow the users to:
  • View/edit the Customers section
  • View the Dashboard
  • View/edit the Store management section (without the finance parts of it)
  • View/edit the Devices section
• Models - This permission set will allow the users to:
  • View/edit the Models section
  • View the Dashboard
  • View/edit the Devices section
  • View/edit the Files section
  • Use the Dev Center
• Store Management - This permission set will allow the users to:
  • View/edit the product catalog and product listing
  • View the Dashboard
  • View/edit the Store management section (only the purchased products)
  • View/edit the Models section (only the model's info)
