8 Jan 2023 - Rename nano_id to cloud

Change the somewhat confusing "nano_id" field to be called "cloud_id" - an unique identifier created by each device to identify it with the server.

This change is fully backwards compatible with firmware implementations that use "nano_id" to register devices.
